  • Radiographic Testing(RT)
    RT is a detecting method for a discontinuity inside the volume of product by using a X-ray generator or Radioisotope(Ir-192, Co-60, Se-75 etc.)
    Generally, RT is used in detecting a discontinued indication or defect to be raised in weldment
  • Ultrasonic Testing(UT)
    UT is a detecting method for a discontinuity inside the volume of product by using a property having a signal reflected from a discontinued indication(or defect) with an ultrasonic penetraing into a product
    Whether defect is existed or not is decided by the reflected ultrasonic size and reflecting time
  • Magnetic Particle Testing(MT)
    MT is a detecting method for a discontinuity on a surface or subsurface by magnetizing a ferromagnetic material
    Whether defect is existed or not is decided by the location, size, configuration and width of a magnetic medium made by a magnetic leakage field.
  • Liquid Penetrant Testing(PT)
    PT is a detecting method for a discontinuity on a surface or subsurface by developing after removing exceed medium after applying penetrant medium to a surface of product
    Whether defect is existed or not is decided by the location, size, configuration and width of a sucked penetrant medium
  • Eddy Current Testing(ECT)
    ECT is a detecting method for a discontinuity of product by measuring changes in eddy cuurent occurring
    inside a conductor closing to metal mateiral
    It is applied to a conductor and it can quickly obtain a result by using a non contact
  • Leak Testing(LT)
    LT is a detecting method for a discontinuity of product by using a pressure difference between inner and
    outer of vessel or special gas
    The method measuring a pressure difference uses air and liquid, and method tracing a gas uses a special gas
  • Visual Testing
    VT is a checking method for an error based on specification and properties of product by using direct and
    indirect visual
    VT is performed before other testing
